Cancellation Policy

I understand that unforeseen conflicts may arise and rescheduling is sometimes necessary. You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of its start time you will be charged 50% of the price of your appointment. Please note: Unconfirmed appointments are still considered valid, and our cancellation policy will be enforced. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it is your responsibility to contact us.

Please be aware that arriving 5 minutes or later to your appointment time may result in a shorter service without price reduction. Later than 15 minutes or no-show will result in full service price charged to your card on file.

Service Adjustment

It is my desire that any client of mine leaving the salon will be satisfied with their service results based on our consultation, goals, integrity of hair and preplanning future appointments for large color changes. I would love to offer solutions to ensure your happiness. If you are not pleased with your service results, please reach out directly to me at Info@summerhourssalon.com within one week of your service date.
